Soonos is an AI-powered DJ mix analysis tool. The scores, feedback, and recommendations generated by our platform are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a definitive professional judgment on the quality of an artist or a mix.

2. Analysis Accuracy

Our analysis engine uses artificial intelligence algorithms that are constantly evolving. Results may vary depending on:

• The quality of the uploaded audio file (bitrate, format, compression)
• The duration of the analyzed mix
• The musical genre and DJ style
• Updates to the scoring engine

Soonos does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of scores and analyses produced. Results should be interpreted as indicators and avenues for improvement, not as absolute truths.

3. Intellectual Property

Audio files uploaded to Soonos remain the property of their respective authors. Soonos does not acquire any ownership rights over uploaded mixes. Audio files are used solely for analysis purposes and are deleted according to our data retention policy.

Example reports featuring well-known artists (Carl Cox, Charlotte de Witte, Solomun, etc.) are fictional demonstrations created for illustration purposes. They do not represent actual analyses of these artists' sets and are not endorsed by these artists.

3bis. Ranking, Badges & Discovery

Soonos levels (Rising, Curated, Superstar, Legend) are automated, performance-based labels. They do not constitute an official certification, a booking guarantee, or an endorsement by any club, festival, or label. Featuring, ordering on the ranking, and inclusion in promoter search are at Soonos' sole editorial discretion and may change as the scoring engine evolves.

Scores are public by default so you can be ranked and discovered. You can switch any mix to private at any time from your dashboard, which removes it from rankings, featured lists, and promoter search. See our Privacy Policy for details on visibility controls.

4. Limitation of Liability

Soonos shall not be held liable for:

• Any decision made based on analyses provided by the platform
• Any data loss related to a technical malfunction
• Any temporary interruption of the service
• Any indirect damage resulting from the use of the service

5. Copyright & Third-Party Content

By uploading a mix, you represent that you are the creator of the mix or have the necessary rights to upload it. Soonos does not verify the copyright of uploaded content and disclaims any liability for intellectual property violations by a user.
