User Data Deletion Instructions

1. Sign in at soonos.life.
2. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Account.
3. Click Delete my account and confirm.

Your profile, mixes, scores, comments, referrals, and all linked Meta/Facebook identifiers are permanently removed from our production database within 30 days, and from backups within 90 days.

If you cannot access the app, or want to delete data linked to Meta platforms specifically, send an email to:

With the subject line:

Meta data deletion request

Include in the body:

• The email address or username associated with your Soonos account.
• Your Facebook / Instagram handle (if you signed in via Meta).
• A short confirmation that you want all your data deleted.

• Within 7 days — we acknowledge your request and send you a unique confirmation code.
• Within 30 days — your personal data is deleted from our production systems.
• Within 90 days — residual copies are purged from backups and logs.

Keep the confirmation code — you can use it to check the status of your request by replying to our email.

• Account profile, email, username, avatar, bio.
• All uploaded mixes, scores, comments, transitions, AI coach conversations.
• Referral history, credits, badges, verification records.
• Meta-linked identifiers (Facebook ID, Instagram handle, ads click ID).
• Marketing preferences (Brevo contact removed, Meta Pixel match keys hashed and dropped).

We may retain a minimal anonymized record solely where required by law (e.g. tax records for past purchases processed by Stripe — see our Privacy Policy).
